(Blog) Free C.A.R.E. for Your Feelings Worksheet Download

In my article, What to Do When You Can’t Cope with Your Feelings, I offer strategies for first identifying and second dealing with your overwhelming emotions in healthy ways. I talk about using the acronym C.A.R.E. (Check In, Assess, Rate, Evaluate) to help you get a handle on your feelings. I created this worksheet as a gift to you. It walks you through the C.A.R.E. steps so that you can do frequent self-checks as you work to feel and express your emotions in ways that are healthy, not harmful.

Do you find this C.A.R.E. approach helpful in analyzing your feelings?
